Sorensen Park

As pictured to the left, Sorensen Park (5142 E. Holly Rd.) has recently replaced it’s play structure with a brand new one! Complete with 2 slides and a rock wall, what more could the kids want? There is also a swing set, benches, and a picnic area so you can spend an afternoon. The new play structure sits at the top of the hill in Sorensen Park directly across from the ball fields. There is no fee for the park so come on out!

Beautiful new play structure!

Above is a picture of the interior of Sorensen Park where 7 acres adjoining existing property was donated by the Starman Family to Holly Township, bringing the total acreage in Sorensen Park to 93! Among the many trails is a 5k (3.1 miles) trail mapped out within the park. Maps are available at the nature center in back of the ball fields. Come out and enjoy the spring wildflowers and see the newest additions to Sorensen Park!
